Monsignor Joseph Luca recently died after many decades of priestly ministry as a good shepherd and faithful priest in the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Father Michael DeAscanis, the current pastor of St. Louis in Clarksville and St. Francis of Assisi in Fulton, and Patricia (Pat) Marlatt, a Catholic school teacher, parishioner and longtime friend, share their stories of Monsignor Luca.
